According to the anime, she's like another Sia with switched personality.
While Sia is awkward and shy, Kykyou is daring and aggressive. We usually get to see Sia in the anime, but sometimes we notice it's Kikyou (there's a specific episode in the middle, and a couple of other little situations, even Rin later will learn about this)
