The top row ranks read from left to right...

Privates 2nd ~ 1st Class
Superior Private
Corporal
Sergeant
Sergeant Major
Warrant Officer

They follow the ranks of the JGSDF, which makes sense seeing as it's a Japanese game and the art book was done in Japanese.
