QBR takes place two years after QB. In the first QBR OVA, it says Claudette started persecuting the nobles after one year of prosperous reign. Then, in Upheavel chapter 3, it says: "The several aristocrats who had underestimated the new Queen's seriousness didn’t fight after that, and relinquished the territory to the Queen.
That was, one year ago.
That had happened no more than one year ago."
So, one year to the attack on the kreutz, then Annelotte's training, and another year to the events of QBR.
