The drama has really picked up this episode. I am so surprised, and very pleased. Another excellent episode, but I'm beginning to feel like since there are so many girls, there is just not enough screen time for all of them.

I thought it was obvious she knew. From my perspective, Mitsuhide only cared about winning no matter what, even if the method was underhanded. She saw how everyone reacted really badly to her cooking, yet she was not even surprised that she won? On top of that, she was gloating off of a rigged victory. Hence, that is why everyone was so put off by her.
Their reaction was that she knew she won illegitimately, but still was gloating anyway. Goemon and Inuchiyo saying that she was terrible indicated that they knew that she knew she won in a cheating way.

My perspective was that she only cared about winning, and did not care that she won by cheating.
However, I do think that she will redeem herself at one point. She needs to be added to Saru's harem, so she has to turned around.
I'm sure Saru will prevent her from betraying Nobuna when the time comes.
