Actually the katakana of the surname of the character バルゲリー maps to Balguerie which is an actual French surname (the character in name is French, not mentioned in the article either) so the character's name would be Mimi Balguerie. Would take some research to find this and I don't expect a quick piece from ANN would go to the trouble to do it.
