I doubt she is an owner of a special right hand. Her magic is just based on right hand but her right hand isn't special unlike Touma and Fiamma. Being a right hand user spell is different from having a special right hand.
And just reading the chapter of Vento vs Fiamma in english just further shows more how ridiculous strong Fiamma is. His holy right isn't even funny at all when I reading how he beat the crap out of Vento.
