Well most of the DNA could probably come after they died so it is hard to find but not impossible. He may have looked hard of Zabuza and Haku's graveyard so as the others (former Kages). The dead Jinchuuriki's corpse are most likely around akatsuki's base.
Jiraiya's corpse will be impossible to find (pre Konan's death), because when Jiraiya died the village was being protected by Pain and Konan so Kabuto can't just looked around.
