Hmm, you might like to try out some not-too-expensive but decent quality headphones. Some thing like
Sennheiser HD201, perhaps? I have an old pair of those and they work much better than anything else of the same price. This is assuming you want to upgrade, of course. Some people make do with less and are happy for it.
Just don't fall for the Beats by Dre scam like so many trendsters have already done.
