Hmm, I read the first 3 chapters. I like how in chapter 3, a bit of dialogue is written in a way which sheds light on some cryptic exchanges in the anime:

Kotomine's words in the manga explains what he meant when he said in the anime "You most noble wish and your basest desires are the same thing."

So I'll continue to follow this manga, even though the art looks like doujin.
