Those are scans from Newtype talking about the Dominator gun and the various character profiles. Like I previously mentioned, the gun detects the criminality of a subject, and arms itself accordingly. In this article it is explained that the different offensive modes the system can change to are: Paralyser, Eliminator (lethal ammo), and Disintegrator.
