There were a few. Mostly hanging on Tsundere type A definition (Louise, Taiga likes) and applying it to all tsunderes.ignorant that there are Type B or historically classical tsunderes (Madoka from KOR, or from later ones Sheryl from Macross F) whom I call Type C. Such tsunderes are the most close to the normal person if not a prideful, bossy, teasing nature and hiding their feelings. They are more refined and subtile compared to the rather crude Type A.

Its doing well on Manga Fox too (close to being in the first 100 of most read manga's). Still it deserves more exposure. I dont want to insult Koi Wa Suru, or other of Chihiro's mangas but Velvet Kiss is most certainly her best work up to this date.
