I think that post about last order had something to do with Accelerator. He'd gone away from last order when he joined the GROUP in volume 15.

Itsuwa sees Kaori as her rival for Touma's affection. She always say that she won't lose against their priestess. n_n
For Tatemiya Saiji, it was in the SS. Knight leader came to invite Kaori to a dance party. That time, Kaori wasn't home so Tatemiya answered fro their priestess' behalf.
The exact words were: "You can go home. Our priestess likes to lead a young man rather than being led by an older gentleman" (Ursula also said that Itsuwa had a comment regarding this matter. According to her, "She'll do her best").
There's also his statement that their priestess have someone that she loves in the academy city. (Kaori fell off from the chair when she heard of this, XD)
