Nomad is a decent studio don't expect though ultar slick animation on par bones/I.G/GAINAX etc level.
As for Baka to Test to Shōkanjū not really expecting much eventhough they have a good director working on it. The animation for Tayutama was piss poor. It reminded me of those fan made h-anime works you know the one that had Dragonball and Sailor Moon characters. Yeah it was that bad.
The whole it's their first work is a lame excuse. Just look at Princess Lover, it's GoHands first series and it's easily one of the best animated TV series this season.
