Saikano by far. Especially episodes 9 and 13 are devastating. After finishing it I felt depressed for days.

I still need to watch Kimi Ga though. The end of the second season of Marimite really moved me too. Another favorite of many, Beyond the Clouds, in my opinion was destoyed by it's ridiculous ending. Didn't like it. Red Garden was good, though it went a little to far in trying to be sad a few times. I actually laughed hysterically about a few things that were meant to be sad.
