The official site and PR blog for Squid Girl (Shinryaku!? Ika Musume) have announced that mini-Squid Girls have once again slipped into the boxes for the home video release in Japan! Similar to season one's volume 3 blu-ray limited edition, which was "secretly invaded" by mini-Squid Girls (i.e. included a 1/1 scale figure of mini-Squid Girl inside the box), the second season's volume 3 blu-ray limited edition will include a 1/1 scale mini-Squid Girl figure. This time the figure will be wearing the same morning glory dress seen in episode 6.
