Serizawa is walking around like a dementia patient when he loses his mind. Even Serizawa's lover hates him to the point where she almost kills him.

We find out where the name Shisengumi comes from.

And there's a cameo from the Hot Bad Guy from the first season who's basically to Serizawa 'LOL You're sick' while Serizawa is all, 'Look at all the fucks I give'.
