Which is why the viewer needs to use common sense in that case. I think it's farily obvious that Urahara didn't mean experience, imagination, and those other non-fitting meanings.

Except Ichigo told Ganju straight on that he didn't like/love Rukia, and showed no signs whatsoever that he was lying. He said he merely owed her for saving his and his family's lives. Of course their relationship is deeper than that, but saying it's love is a bit much. As they are, Ichigo and Rukia are more like really good friends.
