Except Ichigo told Ganju straight on that he didn't like/love Rukia, and showed no signs whatsoever that he was lying. He said he merely owed her for saving his and his family's lives. Of course their relationship is deeper than
that, but saying it's love is a bit much. As they are, Ichigo and Rukia are more like really good friends.
