ANN page has already been updated:
Mikako Komatsu as Joey. I'm guessing this is
her (edit: yeah, this is definitely her, there's a news about Heroman on the site) . She's already been on live action shows, but it'll be her first role as a seiyuu apparently. You can hear her voice
