I was talking about his true form. He does something similar to Magia Erebea from Negima, where his body becomes made out of his power (in this case, Power of Destruction). But Indra is supposed to be stronger than all of the current Maou together, and he's weaker than the Bible god, who Ddraig either equaled or surpassed, so by association, complete CCQ would completely outclass everyone but Vali in sheer power.
Of course, Sirzechs has way more experience, and his power is at least partly Anti-Magic, so he might be able to bridge the power gap.
