Against Accelerator she tried to use the iron dust tornado as an actual weapon, with the eye shrinking to nothing the iron dust should have ripped his skin open. Leading to injury and high blood loss at least. Not sure if it would be a lethal weapon- assuming Accelerator got swift medical attention - but it would at minimum disable him. It could also be lethal if intense enough, and Mikoto was not holding back.

She cut through that AIM burst with arms as thick as trees effortlessly with the iron sand. The way she hit accelerator with it, he would have been a pile of blocks the size of sugar cubes had he not had a defense for it.
