i think is case to be fixed in dvd/bd, version if the censure purpose is really for censure(we have rare cases where censure can be used for another thing) and also what age the dvd/bd the anime will be rated.
can happen of censure being keep(too keep safe for young watchers, or just being lazy cus their need redraw the bd/dvd version) or can avoid the censure and if not was drawed in anime then will be completed in dvd/bd.
