It's not really about precedent. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, based on factors discussed among the staff. In some cases, we will still want to wait and see if there's enough discussion, or if it's the right kind of discussion, or a whole lot of other things. Whining that
"but SAO got a forum..." is not going to be an argument in anyone's favour.
