Chaotic Reign has been working on a translation patch, but that is put on hold indefinitely for the time being:

As for my opinion of the game, I have to say that the story and music is one of the most beautiful things I have enjoyed in a long time. Despite people labeling it as an 'h-game', its main focus is not on sex or anything of the sort. In fact, I played through the entire Dreamcast version of the game, which has all the questionable scenes (not many) removed and I found it very enjoyable.
