I believe Suou will fill the hole in Hei's heart that none of the women he met so far had ever succeeded.
If really Suou did absorb Hei's power into the pendant, more the reason he will have no choice but stick with her.
As for Yin, either she's dead or she's being kept hostage by the FBI for the purpose of blackmailing Hei into doing their dirtywork. I'm sure she didn't just abandon Hei.
