As Naite finally defeated Wallsingham with her chains, Masazumi escapes herself from Drake only to be teleported back to a safe place by Kimi and Tomo, the same happened for Marga. Suzu, Adele and Futayo also escape from English armored force, and Toori is still dating Horizon. Strangely, while Tenzou is still dating Scarred, another girl who looks like Scarred appears, and Tenzou realizes that he's dating the wrong girl. We only finds out that Scarred happens to be Tenzou's sister. Next episode will pretty much focuses on Scarred's origins. It's funny that while watching the episode, I can see Teletubbies' references, which reminds so much of my nostalgia back when watching it as a little.

So from what I understand, Gin tried to win fair and square. Knowing each attack can only work once, Gin portrayed an amazing array of different attacks. But when that didn't work, she used the banana peel to perform the "you fall on my weapon by accident" technique. She was almost ready to win when the fight is stopped; Malga was rescued and as such there was no point continuing.
