When Toaru Kagaku no Railgun(the first anime Saten and Uihara were in) aired started oct 2009 and went into 2010, or did the series have to start in dec 2009 and on to count for Nova, not shows that carried 2010 in general?  |
Basically it counts if the character had their first appearence (enough to be considered eligible, different from Hayate's Athena) before Dec 2009. Railgun had around 8 episodes before that date, and Uiharu and Saten appeared there plenty, which makes them eligible as Stella and not Nova.

If you look at our rules, shows that didn't have a relevant release for more than 4 years, can enter as Nova after they get a new one. So Carnival Phantasm made the Tsukihime girls that appeared on it to be back as Nova.
