That being said, in this case it's prolly good to hope, but it's bad to hype it because of a "new anime" announcement. There are dozens of new animes every year, and for the last... 8 years (damn, that much already?) none of them has been FMP.
Still, Gatoh said that if it will ever be decided that there won't be another season of FMP, he will tell us. Until then... there is hope (which, like I said, it's a bi*** :P  ). |
If they didn't release the silhouettes and just told us they were going to announce something new, there probably wouldn't be as much hype. You see what you want to see, and I really don't know if I'm delusional at point for seeing AS armour and Sousuke on the right. The art style change may be because the art person who guided the animators in Gonzo's and KyoAni's FMP didn't come back and the KyoAni staff wanted to do it a little differently.
