A's actually did make a point of showing that breaking into barriers isn't done lightly. Signum had to expend a cartridge just to bust in, for example, and breaking it entirely took something of the level of power of the (incomplete) book of darkness.
It'd be a tad silly if getting in and out of capture barriers is as easy as opening a door.
