That's pretty much standard tac for any dagger usage, I have to do the same with D/D ele.
Conditions do loads of damage so is good idea to gear towards it if your not generally not hitting high enough.
I'd personally only worry about crit once I reach 80 but then what do I know I was still using lvl 20 stuff when I'm lvl 50
(don't worry I just spent some hard earned silver and copper and bought me some new threads and bling)
