You mean as in how far they can sail? There's no stated limitation, so to the other end of the world if they wanted to.

Maybe you could set distance limits at least according to the <Sailor's> level. Maybe like, a meter off shore per level from 1~10 and then increase the increments stage by stage, until s/he reaches the "no distance limit" stage at level 90 =3
And methinks being a Summoner would help on calm days too XD
