I'd like to see a Conan reboot which cuts some of the weaker episodes (basically, it should have the plot-relevant episodes and the top tier cases). I loved the show as a kid and I want to get into it, but 700+ episodes and a huge amount of movies/OVAs is just way too much.
I disagree with some of the shows mentioned here - if something is a bit old but otherwise fantastic, it doesn't need a reboot (e.g. Texhnolyze). Chances are it would turn out worse anyway.
