I think she is a spirit and can't be killed by deathnote therefore she will win.

But Light won't be sent to hell since the rules of deathnote mentioned that if one used the deathnote,he or she won't descend to heaven or sent to hell after death.

Besides,Ai is a target for Light since she sent people to hell by making them dissappear and that will make Light think that Ai is evil.
