I don't know why everybody assumes Eri dressed up in the nurse's outfit accidentally. It seems pretty clear to me that she did it to be a ditz, thinking that Tenma would probably do the same -- only to realize that she not only blew Tenma out of the water, but made herself look like a nut in the process. She may be committed to outdoing Tenma, but she still has some pride left.
