It would be a good idea that you go see an internist for this, and not wait further. A GP might not have experienced such a case recently or at all.
There can be many things that could give these symptoms, and an expert opinion is better, IMHO. If you are seeing blood in your stools, BTW, go see a doctor
now.
I suffered through a few weeks of stomach pains both before and after eating recently, so I have some understanding of what you might be going through right now.
