I have a theory in response to those who think the series is misnamed.

Spoiler:

The series actually grows darker as it goes along; Tamayura's main theme is the descent of a sweet, kindhearted girl into the depths of depravity. Potte becoming 'more aggressive' is just the beginning of that.

Future seasons will be named as follows:

Tamayura ~More Rebellious~ (Potte becomes an angry teen. Airs Fall 2015)
Tamayura ~More Gangster~ (Chronicles Potte's journey through the ranks of the Japanese mafia, eventually becoming its top leader. Airs Fall 2017)
Tamayura ~More Tyrannical~ (Potte continues her rise to the top and becomes world dictator. Airs Fall 2019)
Tamayura ~More Devilish~ (Potte kills Satan and becomes the ruler of Hell, turning it into a much crueler place than ever before. Airs Fall 2021)
