I keep missing these AMF discussions.
Anyway, NOT all of Fate's attacks will penetrate AMF. 'Thunder Fall' is weather control magic; the lightning is real. Her normal attacks plainly aren't real electricity (for one thing they form neat balls and cones, and explode), just some magical imitation. Pseudoelectricity, if you will.
