Oh, yes! One of my all time favorite series is finally getting a sequel. Although I do miss the original characters of the first season, these characters seem like they will grow on me.
The first episode was a nice introductory episode. I was hoping more would happen, but this will be a 25 episode series (meaning they most likely will run straight through instead of split cours), so there is a lot of time to build. I really want to see the connections from the previous series, so I look forward to that.
If I have to have a complaint, then the MC's voice is a bit too old. I love the VA, but I'm not sure if it is the right fit for this role.
Now bring on the conquests and empire building!
