No, I looked through it for a bit. This is an alternate universe where Fate and Nanoha accidentally activated the Jewel Seed when they fought in the city, but failed to stop it. Luckily, instead of killing the entire universe, Yuuno instead got sent back to the beginning of MLGN (Thus proving Precia's Jewel Seed Time Travelling theory, and since the title is Malice I think all of you get what I mean from here), and he decided that this time he will not burden Nanoha (thanking her in his heart in one panel there for everything she's done for him) and do everything right with his prior knowledge. Hence, Yuuno officially became the main character of the story with Fate and Nanoha as his concubines.
Well the last bit is of course false, but if we let the story flow as it is now the possibility is most likely there. Also Nanoha did not have a doki doki moment -_-" she was crying lol, the panel says, "I don't understand, but I think I've forgotten something very important..."
