3 Lesbians accepting one another and live happily ever after. I just don't see any other way to end it without spoiling the series. The earlier spisodes are about accepting Hazumu as a female and about Tomari and Yasuna overcoming their mutual animosity. If they stretch the anime series any longer it'll become a drag.
Maybe due to some alien experimental quirks, Hazumu can turn back into a boy temporarily sometimes. Something like Ranma. Then for the first time, Tomari and Yasuna can love Hazumu as a male: Tomari does so with her love since childhood, Yasuna does so with her love since the first sight.
