It will most likely be another 12 episodes; though it is technically possible to follow Träumend's ending and stay fairly true to the manga, the difficulties would pretty much be:

In the manga, Souseiseki and Hinaichigo are supposed to be in the N field (giving Kirakishou access to them); where in the anime their at the Sakurada residence.
I think it would be highly unlikely for Odille Fosset to appear, seeing as Hinaichigo has already stopped moving.
So, the only way that comes to my mind, is for Kirakishou to somehow drag Souseiseki and Hinaichigo into the N-Field, like she did with Megu.
