I know, I'm just saying that the manga has not stated as fact Kakashi's limit as far as coming up with strategies. I am not saying that it is impossible for Shika to be a much better tactician than Kakashi. I am just waitng for more solid evidence before jumping into conclusions especially that this is not "real" and anything can be made possible.
