I wouldn't take that so seriously. If you pay attention to that secret tea party, lambdadelta's strongly hinted to be Takano, and it would be too much to group Takano with Bernkastel, Beatrice an such. From what I undestood Frederika is a Rika born out of those world reboots. In a way, she's Rika. Saikoroshi-hen gives a huge hint of where the name Bernkastel comes from.
