Well I wasn't joking about the Umbrella thing after all. I’m sure Tieria’s either some kind of android (but androids don't cry, do they ?) either an enhanced human like Alice in the Resident Evil movies. I would almost buy that he is orginially a girl but the process turned her into a guy/very masculine girl.
