No "decent current gaming pc" has 8 GB of GDDR5 RAM. Also, within a couple years PC gamers will complain again as PCs get more upgrades.

That doesn't mean much, considering that portable game consoles have historically been region free. Until the 3DS, that is.

When it comes to running old software on PCs, there are always strings attached as it's not a standarised platform, so please don't compare it.
