With Tsukune's current appearance hes almost like a mini Alucard, except with an almost complete humanoid form. I agree with you that Tsukune will be a complete Shinso Vampire once full control is within his grasp, he would gain all the abilities and features vampires have, the pale skin, fangs and crimson red slitted eyes, he already has and uses the youki detector and the ability to convert his youki into raw strength, and possesses silver hair.

However, we should also consider the possibilty of him gaining extra features to his power and phsyical appearance as well, because of his original human lineage. I'm not saying it's going to happen, but we must also put this idea into consideration, just in case.

His appearance would undoubtedly change in some way, altho I do believe his character will remain the same apart from his looks. But I highly doubt Ikeda will change it so much that he'll have nifty facial decorating features. He may have been of human origin but once the ritual is complete, he'll be a complete ayashi like all the other characters, simply with human roots instead. That said if there's gonna be anything different about him, it'll be the eyes, the fangs, pale skin, possibly a change in hair color as well.
