Legal Shield is a sort of "fake".

Let me explain...

Normally in Spain or Italy (and other state) copyright and rights doesn't exist.

Mmmmh....Exist, but law protect this copyright only against PROFESSIONAL translator of other..

For expample if I translate ad SELL the novels.

But if i can read japanese and translate/publish on my site the novels for free.

Law can't do nothing against me, it's not fair and "good" but that's it.
