Serving himself a double dose of raw lightning (
), sheer tenacity, and carving giant runes in the middle of power counts as more than just "smart".
But power level or not, Negi is one badass 11-ish year old.
As for the answers... maybe. Rakan being Rakan, I'm sure he could always pull out an excuse if he really didn't want to say. Or just charge Negi up the ass, again.
