They will indeed have different scenarios, so the anime won't spoil the game (また、ゲームとアニメは全く異なるシナリオを用いるため、発売前のネタばれ等の心配は一切あり ません <-- from game description on yesasia).
Well... at least that's what they say. But a lot of little things that have happened in the anime are hinted in the promotional material for the game too (postbox, fire, caramel ... etc), so while I do believe the game will have a lot more to offer, I think the anime has already given away some surprises...
