The difference is that Kazuya comes off as one of those porn "directors" trying to entice young women in front of his camera. And that the show is pretty much celebrating this! I'm amazed at how shameless it all is.
How would letting the two worst members of the club stick around improve things? The only way to improve this show is to make it actually about photography.

Well, it's not unconvincing. It's just most of us live in a simple life. A lot of embarrassing photos of girls leaking out online. They treat blog space and social network as their private area. At least, it's what news said. How can such stupid things happened in real life?
Now. Let's draw a line between anime and reality. Anime is anime, and reality is reality. Also, I wonder if this anime exaggerates the photo shooting part as Sora no Iro, Mizu no Iro anime. The main focus of that game was swim, swim and swim.
