Never happened in any of the routes, because Isara and Mifuyu have already met earlier. Plus Isara never went to the shokken club room at that point in Mifuyu's route.

I'm sure you guys did see the episode 7 preview: I clearly saw Yuuki seeing the Shinonome sisters talking, and it looks *identical* to you guys' discussion about Yuuki overhearing them talk aka a portion of Satsuki's route.

I'm curious, what does it mean? (Yes it's possible it doesn't mean anything lol)

I just feel if that's the overhearing scene, that there's some component of Satsuki's route somewhere, either a specific episode (to resolve something, or to affect the plot events aka her withdrawing from election, if I read this topic correctly) or her route being more possible

I don't think that scene in the preview for episode 7 has to do with the earlier conversation but rather something in Satsuki's route. It might have either have something to do with Satsuki's fear for earthquakes (which happened during the camp) or the followup to the rivalry with either Satsuki wanting to know the reason why Hazuki left the house years ago or the Shogi duel between Hazuki and Satsuki.

After 6 episodes I'm still rather surprised that
1) Chisato was removed from direct meetings Oojima had with Satsuki or Isara (first bike encounter and lost and found encounter both had Chisato ... actually the bike one had Mifuyu too)
2) Isara working part time being a forbidden fact was completely unused.
3) Episode 3 shows something's up with Michiru but 4, 5, and 6 don't apply those.
4) Since I never played the game there's probably a multitude of possibilities that exist given the early truncation. Yes, the main point was retained, but the game's first answer choice (uh for second game runthrough) ironically seems to affect everything.

Eventhough i did mention that it used elements from every route, not everything is even. The anime has used barely anything from Isara's route at this moment and it only used small parts of Michiru's route to probably tie in with Mouri and Kana subplot.
Lot's of things from Chisato's route are also missing in the anime, but i wouldn't count her out yet.
If it weren't for the last 2 episodes, i would guessed that the anime would most likely go for Satsuki but a Mifuyu's route is also possible now.

In the manga for Koichoco, Yuuki made it clear (as a scenario overview) that he wanted to find love that isn't Chisato. The anime vaguely implied this on episode 2 and continues to show interest via small talk but otherwise, is hardly the focus since the election is the focus. How did the game do it?
I'm guessing the game also told via narration that Yuuki desires this, but due to the club disbanding truncation and food research club chatting (and Michiru joining) I felt that this point too, was omitted somewhat.

I am not sure what the manga has exactly done because i never read it but it might have to do with Chisato's brother issue. I think that it was mentioned in Chisato's route (and a small part of Mifuyu's route as well) that Yuuki didn't want to harbor feelings for Chisato because he felt that Chisato saw him as a replacement for her little brother.

The story started to venture in a heroine specific route during the training camp. So that's why i mentioned earlier "a more conclusive guess". Because the camp has quite some differences depending on your earlier choices

I think i feel somewhat fooled by the first PV by showing scenes that never appeared in the anime unless those scenes were moved for later episodes (that Mifuyu scene should pop up in the next episode or not at all), eventhough i am not sure how that will work out if the anime gets past the common route.
